We are delighted to share that Moussas & Partners Law Firm advised Metlen Energy & Metals, on its new strategic partnership through a joint venture with Karatzis Group of Companies.

The partnership focuses on the development, construction, operation and energy management of a 330 MW / 790 MWh battery energy storage system (BESS) in Greece, the largest standalone BESS currently under development in the country and among the largest in Europe.

Our Firm has been responsible and led the legal due diligence and advised on corporate aspects of the transaction.
