Eva Charizopoulou

Eva joined Moussas & Partners as a Junior Associate following the successful completion of her legal traineeship with the Firm. She holds an LL.M. in Civil Law and Modern Financial Transactions from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, where she also obtained her LL.B. Her strong academic background is complemented by her participation in national moot court and negotiation competitions.

Her practice focuses on litigation, civil and corporate law, real estate and commercial matters. Eva assists in the preparation and handling of litigation matters, including the drafting of pleadings, the preparation of case files for proceedings before the Greek Courts and the conduct of thorough legal research. She also assists in advising corporate clients on day-to-day legal matters, including corporate affairs and commercial contracts, as well as in reviewing legal documentation and participating in due diligence exercises in connection with corporate and real estate matters.
