Advising a Hospitality Company on Real Estate, Aviation and Regulatory Matters

15.05.25

Moussas Law Firm is representing a Greek hospitality company developing and operating a high-end luxury residential resort on a prime location of a Greek island. The resort features a dedicated helicopter landing spot, used for the arrival and departure of VIP guests.

We have been supporting the client in court proceedings concerning the use of the landing area, authorization issues, and property rights over the adjacent land.

Beyond real estate and disputes issues, the case raises complex legal questions relating to the establishment, construction, equipment, operation, and commercial use of heliports in Greece, as well as the regulatory framework of the Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority and international aviation safety protocols.

The project has attracted strong international interest and is regarded as a flagship investment in the Greek tourism and hospitality sector.

We successfully represented the resort operator in this high-stakes dispute, with a favorable second-instance judgment for our client.

The case is being handled by a team led by our Managing Partner, Nicholas Moussas and Senior Associate, Nikos Sakkas.
