Νikos is a hands-on, practical and creative litigator who focuses on a full spectrum of commercial disputes, particularly those involving complex civil and corporate matters, including corporate, directorial, and executive liability. He also conducts corporate internal investigations. Nikos represents and advises domestic and international clients such as the group of Metlen Energy & Metals (ex Mytilineos) before the Greek Civil, Criminal and Administrative Courts.
Moreover, Nikos has experience on employment law matters and advises major corporate clients on an ongoing basis. He was recently involved in extended due diligence work for the three major corporate acquisitions of Efa Energy, Volterra and Watt+Volt by Metlen on various labor and employment matters.
In addition, he has handled in criminal law cases and criminal procedures across a wide range of tax, white-collar crime and corporate fraud cases.
Prior to joining the Firm, Nikos was member of the team that represented a subsidiary of a leading Greek financial institution active in the factoring scene on a fraud case. Further, he has acted for companies and individuals in their debt restructuring.
He has also gained experience on real estate investment projects from the outset of legal and zoning due diligence to completion of the transaction in all respects.
Nikos, has built a strong educational background focusing on criminal law, he is a member of the Hellenic Criminology Society and teaches Criminology as Associate Professor in the Hellenic Police Officers School.
