Katerina Makri is a lawyer with a practice focused on commercial and corporate law, civil and commercial litigation, and dispute resolution. She represents corporate clients and commercial actors in complex business disputes, combining structured legal strategy with strong courtroom advocacy.

Her contentious practice covers contractual and transactional disputes, shareholder and corporate governance conflicts, commercial liability claims, and debt recovery matters. Katerina manages cases throughout their full lifecycle, from legal assessment and risk analysis to procedural strategy and court representation. She advises on complex dispute resolution frameworks, cross-border commercial disputes, and the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards.
