Nicholas Moussas participated as a speaker at the Rule of Law 2024 Conference organized by the American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce

On June 26, 2024 the American – Hellenic Chamber of Commerce organized the 2nd “Rule of Law 2024 Conference – Pillar of Development and Prosperity,” held under the auspices of H.E. The President of the Hellenic Republic.

The primary goal of the conference was to foster a productive dialogue among the local legal community, regarding the factors that could enhance the efficiency of the Greek Judicial System and the overall functionality of Justice in the country.

The organizing Legislative Reforms Committee of which Nicholas Moussas is a member, hosted in the Conference the session “International Arbitration, Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods”.

During this session, Nicholas Moussas shared with the audience his insights on issues related to the current mediation framework and proposed pragmatic solutions, under his role as a litigator. He participated in a dynamic panel alongside Charalambos Macheras, Justice of the Hellenic Supreme Court ad h., Vicky Kriketou, Partner, Kyriakides Georgopoulos Law Firm and Claire Sergaki, Senior Associate, Dryllerakis & Associates. Dimitrios Tsikrikas, Professor at the Law School of the University of Athens, moderated the panel, which discussed out-of-court resolution methods (ADR) for private disputes, examining current dynamics and legislative initiatives.
