Iliana advises domestic and international clients on corporate and commercial matters, dispute resolution, and regulatory affairs. Her practice spans the full range of corporate transactions and governance matters for companies operating in Greece, with particular experience acting for multinational clients and corporations.
She is also active in civil and commercial litigation, and advises clients on cybersecurity and data governance obligations arising under EU law and their implementation in Greece.
Iliana further advises on intellectual property matters, including trademark disputes, and on cross-border commercial matters involving EU law and regulation.
In international arbitration, she has built her practice on a strong academic and professional foundation in international commercial arbitration, having trained and worked at international law firms in London and Washington DC, and represented Georgetown Law at the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. She has been part of the team that successfully enforced a London arbitral award of US$2.4 billion in Greece, and co-authored the firm’s chapter in the Global Arbitration Review’s Challenging and Enforcing Arbitration Awards (2025 edition).
