We are aware of a phising e-mail attempt involving falsely Moussas & Partners Law Firm and sent from various e-mail accounts. Unauthorized use of our name and logo is being made in these e-mails, which essentially mention that Moussas & Partners Law Firm is acting against a potential intellectual property infringement. These e-mails include attachment and links to downloads.

These messages have not been sent by us or anyone working at Moussas & Partners Law Firm in any capacity and are part of a fraudulent attempt to deceive recipients into disclosing sensitive information or carrying out malicious actions.

We strongly advise all recipients to exercise caution and, in particular:

• To avoid opening any attachments or click on links contained in suspicious e-mails or respond to any of these e-mails.
• To avoid disclosing any personal information, passwords, or any other confidential data.
• To verify the authenticity on any unusual or unexpected communication before taking any action.

We have already taken the necessary steps to investigate the incident and are working with the appropriate technical experts and relevant authorities, where required.
