Iris Ntolaptsi is an experienced practitioner in international commercial arbitration, arbitration-related litigation, and complex domestic dispute resolution. She has represented clients in high-stake ICC, UNCITRAL, and LAC proceedings across sectors including construction, energy, infrastructure, defense, and financial disputes, as well as in adjudication proceedings under various applicable laws.
Her practice also encompasses commercial and corporate litigation, civil disputes, public procurement, administrative law, banking law and real estate disputes.
Iris is also currently pursuing a Ph.D. in International Commercial Arbitration at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds LL.M. degrees in Private International Law and French Commercial Law. She regularly participates in international arbitration forums and contributes scholarly publications on arbitration and European Union law.
