Our Firm advised and represented our long-term client, MYTILINEOS in its motion to challenge a public tender invitation on the basis of distorting fair competition. The public tender amounted to approx. € 150 million and related to the digitization of the urban-planning documentation and the extension of the national digital buildings’ map.

The challenge was made on delicate points of law and it was actually accepted by the Greek Independent Public Procurement Authority, therefore cancelling the tender.

The tender’s contracting authority was the Technical Chamber of Greece and the funding agency is the Ministry of Digital Governance.
