Georgia has an active background in corporate, contract and competition law. She has been involved in a full-range of international corporate law issues with a focus on commercial contracts, advanced corporate structures and corporate governance for listed and non-listed companies. She regularly advises on company formation matters and offers strategic advice regarding corporate restructurings including mergers and acquisitions. She also assists clients in their day-to-day corporate practices and their regulatory compliance.

Further, Georgia has expertise in finance and capital markets law with a specialization in securities litigation cases involving Greek and foreign investors.

She has experience on public procurement procedures and advises Greek companies (both listed and non-listed) on the implementation of large-scale projects; she guides and represents them through all stages of tender procedures, including litigation level, and advises on all aspects of administrative law matters. Georgia also advises clients on direct and indirect tax matters.
