Eirini Manioti

As a trainee lawyer at Moussas & Partners, Eirini is involved in a wide range of both private and public law disputes handled by the Firm. She has particularly familiarized herself with matters of corporate and public law, whereas she is also keen on deepening her knowledge on criminal law.

Eirini has received her undergraduate law degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. During the final semester of her studies, she explored the legislative framework pertaining to the development of renewable energy sources and the environmental licensing of respective projects. She has participated in numerous conferences, seminars and workshops on various issues including aspects of Energy and Environmental Law, Law of Capital Markets and  Stock Exchange Markets, Corporate Law, Non-fungible Tokens and GDPR. Eirini previously interned at an audit company where she particularly focused on matters of Energy Law.
