Eirini has a wide range of advisory experience in corporate law with a particular focus on contract and corporate real estate law. Her main involvement includes the interpretation, drafting and negotiation of contracts of high-value transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions and complex real estate transactions.

Eirini has experience in corporate dispute resolution, representing clients before civil courts. She also focuses on advising domestic and international clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial issues of their day-to-day operation.

Given the combination of her previous experience in administrative law with a focus on public procurement, urban planning, environmental and energy law, Eirini also represents clients before the administrative courts and she is highly involved in drafting legal opinions on controversial legal matters issues, mainly focusing on environmental and urban planning matters.

She has recently been involved in cases of advising high net worth international individuals on their investments in Greece, mainly focusing on real estate property investments, preparing, amongst others, their case files of residence permit acquisition.

Eirini has enlarged her academic experience by attending the professional negotiation training program of the Athens University of Economics and Business. She has also been admitted as an accredited mediator before the Ministry of Justice.
