We have successfully represented METKA S.A. as the preferred bidder in a litigation before the Council of State to challenge the tender award that ERGOSE S.A. announced for the construction of the railway “Kiato-Rododafni” of a budget of approximately € 800 million and co-financed by European Cohesion Fund. In a marathon litigation against the competitors before the Council of State and also before the Court of Audit, we have successfully represented METKA S.A. at all stages. We have also negotiated and concluded on behalf of METKA S.A. the relevant Contract signed with the Contracting Authority for the construction of the project which commenced in September 2014.
