Due to urgent legislative measures, as the aftermath of Covid-19, procedural deadlines are  now suspended. The article deals with the interesting topic of the ultimate deadline, until when a lawsuit maybe filed with Courts and enjoys the exemption of the mandatory mediation proceedings provided for in articles 6 and 7 of newly enacted law 4640/2019.
