Our Firm is currently retained to assist the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF / ΤΑΙΠΕΔ) with the privatization of real estate owned by the Greek state.

In this context, our team with extensive experience in real estate property investments, provides expert advice to the Greek State.
Special mention to our senior partner Vassilios Moussas who played a pivotal role. We should also extend our gratitude to our senior associate Eirini Kontrafouri and junior associate Olga Kepesidou for their devotion throughout this project, further assisted efficiently by our trainees Eirini Manioti and Sotiria Dimitropoulou. 

The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund, a member company of GROWTHFUND – The National Fund of Greece, entered in July 2024 into a contract valued at € 8.6 million with Sani Development and Tourism Company S.A. for the development of the property.
