We have been successful in securing the recognition and enforcement of a foreign arbitral award in the amount of US$2,4 billion in Greece and have also proceeded to its actual enforcement having won in complex injunctions proceedings and efficiently defended against the stay of execution.
The long running commercial dispute concerns a gas supply and purchase contract and in 2021 an Award was issued in a London seated arbitration awarding damages approx. US$ 2,4 billion in favor of our client.
